The Attwater is a 17-room hotel in Newport Rhode Island. Prior to Lark, the property closed due to property damage and limited capital. In 2011, the property was purchased by Lark and underwent immediate renovation including refinishing floors, painting walls, full F&E and window treatments. The property was relaunched in June 2012, was sold in 2017, and continues to be managed by Lark today.
